Irregular kernel trap since installing v4.0

Description (last modified by )
opensuse v11.3, linux 2.6.34.7-0.7-desktop x86_64
VB v4.0.2
VMs: os/2, winXP
I am not at all certain this is a VB problem. The only info I can understand in the trap trace mentions "vboxnet0". I have at least one VM open at all times (os/2); winXP is opened only as needed. Other programs (browser, email) may or may not be open.
The trap generally occurs after a few days of uptime. It may 1 day, or 5 days. The system must be restarted after such a trap; it is unstable.

No, the swap file is almost never used. And it is unused when the traps occur.

Two more samples of kernel traps. The traps always have "last sysfs file: /sys/devices/virtual/net/vboxnet0/statistics/collisions" in them.

Please reopen if still reproducible with VBox 4.1.16.
