XP hangs on shutdown screen

Description
I just reinstalled Windows 7 and download VBOX and installed xp and everytime it shutdowns down for the most part it freezes on the Shutdown screen and stays there, then I hit poweroff and open virtualbox again and windows 7 hangs.

Still relevant with VBox 4.1.4? If so, please reopen and attach a VBox.log file for such a hanging VM session.
