Window resize works only after seamless integration

Description
Resizing the Windows guest window in a Linux host keeps the guest OS rectangle the same size and fills the rest of the augmented window with gray color.
Enable and then disable seamless integration, i.e. hitting Host Key + L twice. If the Windows guest window is resized, the guest OS rectangle will fill the whole area of the window.
