It has been at this stage for about 45 minutes.  The time remaining changes between 19-21 minutes.  The host is Windows Server 2008, and the guest is also Windows Server 2008.  The CPU on the host is not being used.  The export is being saved to the host hard drive.  I am running VirtualBox 3.2.6.
