Description
If the guest is paused, window closed or quit, any parallels .hdd virtual disks connected to the IDE controller are immediately deleted from the host file system.
If a .hdd disk is connected the SATA controller, guest does not pause - just quits
OSX 10.6.5 VBox 4.0.0
Guest - happens whether O/S is bootable or not

I uninstalled/reinstalled and tried again. Same issue. For this test, I stopped at the boot selection screen (F12) then paused the VM. A fs_usage extract up to this point is attached and it shows VirtualBoxVM unlinking the file.
