Mouse integration not working after guest reboot

Description
Host: WinXP Pro SP3
Guest Windows Server 2003 R2
When I do a "Reboot" from within the VM system, I get during the reboot "At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details." and then the mouse integration does not work. In the event manager I see no errors at all.
But If I shut down the VM and do a cold boot, everything is running fine.
