VirtualBox icon when used in starting-up menus is ugly

Description
I use RocketDock http://rocketdock.com/ menu launcher in Windows XP. To use VirtualBox in launcher I created shortcut from VBox GUI: "Machine | Create Shortcut on Desktop and moved shortcut in launcher.
The VBox icon in launcher becomes ugly. See: http://www.shrani.si/f/7/wv/4dpze3Di/virtualbox.png
The icon was looking much prettier in VBox v3.2.12, so this bug is a new bug in v4.0

I have tested this in VirtualBox 4.1.6 and now it icon is very very pretty. I am not 100% sure it was fixed in this bug-fix release or earlier. Thanks for fixing this. Bug can be marked as fixed.
