Improper help info: You can create media images using the virtual media manager

Description
When creating new virtual machine in "Virtual Hard Disk" window it shows "Use existing hard disk" and by default it is "Empty" displayed. If you move the mouse over Empty field the message is displayed: "No media available: "You can create media images using the virtual media manager."
I have checked Virtual Media Manager and according to documentation this is not possible to do it in it anymore in version 4.0. So this is improper pop-up message and should be corrected.

I have checked this problem in vbox 4.1.2 and I see it is now fixed. Bug report can be closed.
