guest uses all of hosts ram

Description
i have ubuntu 10.10 as the host 4 gigs of ocz ram 6 core amd processor asrock 890 delux fx4 motherboard 7 hdd total one 32g ssd for the os and a slew of odd drives for the storage
when running vb the guest slowly consumes all of my ram including the 1.3 gig swap drive
xp 64 bit is the guest i have had it set for 3 cores and 1 gig of ram but after this issue started i tried to drop the ram allotted to 512 and 1 core but it still happens
on the guest i am fully updated with all the security virus and spyware stuff enabled the guest is running 2 programs cisco vpn and DC++ no multimedia no 3d games no surfing no windows media player

Sounds like a bug we fixed in 3.2.12 (memory leak with NAT).
