How to reproduce:[[BR]]
Global Settings -> Network[[BR]]
Pick a Host-only network and edit [[BR]]
Activate DHCP Server, change Settings and Click OK.[[BR]]
Click OK to leave global settings[[BR]]

GUI crashes in AppName: virtualbox.exe ModName: qtcorevbox4.dll

Host: Win XP SP3 32bit[[BR]]
VBox: 4.0.0

This only happens when running VirtualBox as regular user. It will work fine when running as administrator. But DHCP settings configured as admimistrator are not available for regular users.
