GUI crashes when changing Host-only Network settings

Description
When i try to change a host-only network DHCP settings, the GUI crashes.
How to reproduce:
Global Settings -> Network
Pick a Host-only network and edit
Activate DHCP Server, change Settings and Click OK.
Click OK to leave global settings
GUI crashes in AppName: virtualbox.exe ModName: qtcorevbox4.dll
Host: Win XP SP3 32bit
VBox: 4.0.0
This only happens when running VirtualBox as regular user. It will work fine when running as administrator. But DHCP settings configured as admimistrator are not available for regular users.
