VGA text mode cursor doesn't blink

Didn't you guys notice the VGA text mode cursor? It doesn't blink! It would be appreciated if someone fixes the problem.

Sure we notice the VGA text mode cursor. There is no standard describing that the text mode cursor must blink. This depends on the BIOS and in a virtualized environment it is just a waste of CPU time to let the cursor blink. Think of a host running dozens of VMs.
