Use registred name for USB filters in menu

I it would be useful if in USB filter's menu used names of filers
rather than ID reported by device.
It is useful if there are few devices with the same ID (same vendor, etc).
Also in case the device is connected in different modes (e.g. Nokia phone can be connected as USB flash drive or as PC Suite, shown device ID is the same, but needs filter for each).
So for VM registed usb filters it can use name of filter, which currently defaults to
device ID, but can be changed by user to distinguish diffrent devices/modes.
