[feature-request] Floppy: Create Virtual FAT images from host's filesystem

Description
Qemu has very interesting option of creating floppy images from host's filesystem directory tree (if the tree has less than 1.44 MB of data).

Qemu command:
qemu linux.img -fda fat:floppy:/my_directory
This feature is a prerequisite for a bigger Feature Request: (Automatic) Unattended Guest OS Install (aka Easy Install), Wish #5810
