[feature-request] Scale Mode: Should work with Full-screen

Description
Impossible to combine Scaled Mode + Full-Screen Mode.
Scaling only works for Windowed Mode.
This should work for Full-screen as well. Useful for Diablo 1 (2D/DirectDraw).

IMHO, there should be two separate group of options :
- How to display the frame buffer (in a window, fullscreen, other ideas...)
- How to scale the frame buffer to accomodate display size (adjust resolution, stretch, scale, crop, other ideas...)

Since you re-work scaled mode for VBox 4.1, it would be nice to add "Scaled Fullscreen" mode.
Also useful for Starcraft I game.
