That doesn't look right, looks like something is holding vboxnet0 referenced.

Anyway, you can forcefully unload the drivers after kicking out vboxnetX.

Try this as root:

ifconfig vboxnet0 unplumb
/opt/VirtualBox/vboxconfig.sh --preremove
