VirtualBox installator failed to install VirtualBox Bridged Networking Driver — at Version 2

I tried to install VirtualBox 3.2.10 on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit running on HP EliteBook 8540p. Installation finished apparently succesfully, but Bridged Network Driver is missed. I uninstalled 3.2.10, reboot machine, install 3.2.8 - it not help I upgraded to 3.2.10 and reboot again - it not help During this last step I enable creating install log file, and I found errors related to network components:
VBoxNetCfgWinInstallComponent: Install failed, hr (0x8004a029) VBoxNetCfgWinInstallNetComponent: VBoxNetCfgWinInstallComponent failed, hr (0x8004a029) InstallNetFlt: VBoxNetCfgWinInstallSpecifiedComponent failed, hr (0x8004a029)
I searched for solution in Internet, but I didn't find it.

Hey Bryan,
Your post helped me find where to look; however, deleting the config key did not work (at least it didn't in my Win7Pro x64 host). Although, what did work is in the same area, there is a key called MaxNumFilters. On my end, that was set to 8. I changed that value to 20 (which is 14 hex). Reboot and bingo. Problem solved... bridged adapter now installed properly when running vb installer.
