VirtualBox will not install via yum on RHEL 6 Workstation

If I add the RHEL yum repo file to /etc/yum.repos.d on a RHEL 6 Workstation system and do "yum install VirtualBox-3.2", I get this:

http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/rpm/rhel/6Workstation/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404 : http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/rpm/rhel/6Workstation/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml 
Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: virtualbox. Please verify its path and try again

Not sure what RHEL6.1 expects but I added the obvious links. If it still does not work then please post the exact error message.

Ok. I lied. After trying to install VirtualBox-4.1.x86_64

Exactly. We use the same key for signing all our repositories.
