Component: | network | Version: | VirtualBox 3.2.10 |
Keywords: | Bridged Networking Sleep Hibernate | Cc: | |
Guest type: | other | Host type: | Windows |
Description (last modified by )
After installing VirtualBox with the Bridged Networking option on a host computer, it will no longer wake up from Sleep or Hibernate when connecting to it through Windows Remote Desktop. Not installing Bridged Networking prevents this from occuring. This is a regression from previous releases where the problem did not occur at all.
Can reproduce reliably on Windows 7 64-bit on HP xw6400 Workstation, 8GB RAM. Requires reboot after install to reproduce problem.
