High cpu usage with 32MB gfx and normal with 16MB gfx

Description
After upgrading to 3.2.10 i get constant high CPU usage with Windows guest after login. Before login CPU usage drops to normal. Reducing video memory to 16MB fixes this problem. No video acceleration enabled.

no 3D acceleration. After reconfiguring back to 32MB video no problem with CPU %. Possible explanation - restoring machine saved with 3.2.8 to 3.2.10. If problem repeats, i will collect logs.

Today 2010-11-02 high CPU usage repeated. After 2 tries with 100% CPU i reduced video mem to 16M and problem disappeared. Logs attached.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
