I have only started seeing this since 3.2.8 and I can confirm it is still present in 3.2.10. I have attached a VBOX log file.
I am running Ubuntu 9.10 as client and Windows 7 32 bit as host.

Please check if the same happens if you disable 3D for that VM.
It's fine with 3D disabled.

Could you check whether the issue is fixed with VBox 4.3 and 4.3 Additions?
