Kernel BUG with virutalbox 3.2.8 on ubuntu 8.04 x64

Description

I have an Ubuntu 8.04 host machine, Quad core Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz with VT extension, 8GB Ram, running 8 virtual machines.

Kernel is 2.6.24-28-server #1 SMP Wed Aug 25 14:46:03 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Suddenly, while I was booting a new machine I got some kernel BUG, which you can see in the attached file.

During those errors the whole machine (and obviously all the vm guests) was unusable, infact I didn't had those errors directly, I rebooted the machine and get them from the /var/log/kern.log file.

This is not the first time that such a problem appears, another time it happened during the normal work.

Still relevant with VBox 4.0.4?

Didn't tried yet. With 3.2.12 it seems it is not present anymore.
