Description
Hi,
After scanning mirror the install presents the packages menu from which I choose Desktop Environment, Laptop and Standard System. Then on next screen of "Select and Install software" the install stalls. I tried both NAT and Bridged Network modes. What I don't understand is that mirror is scanned fine for APT setup but it stalls after wards during install.
This is on Sony Vaio netbook with win 7 starter host os. Debian is using netinst.
Regards,
Miten.

Hi,
I would wait for hours but it would not proceed. I was able to then stop it using the vbox gui actions like stop vm or so. I did not have to kill the vbox process itself.

Miten.
Hmm, how long did you wait? Were you able to properly poweroff the VM or did you kill the process?
