USB protection key not work when restarting from a saved state

I use a USB protection key "Safenet Inc, USB Utrapro[200]" for my application. It is installed in Host System and captured in Guests OS. It work fine. But if I close e VM session saving state, when i restart, the key non work. I solved problem detaching and then attaching USB Key from Device --> USB Device .
Host OS : Windows 7 Professional 64 bit Guest OS : Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit and XP Professional SP2
