So, despite the ""error"" it's just a warning. I've seen this for a while now and a quick search [http://avianbonesyndrome.com/2010/07/09/headless-virtual-machines-with-oracle-virtualbox/ reveals] that this warning has been there in 3.2.6 too. I don't know about earlier releases though. My host system (and the system in the blogentry above) is MacOS 10.6.4.
