CentOS Guest Crash with Windows Vista Host (VERR_SEM_DESTROYED)

Description

I was doing a bunch of stuff and then I hit the full screen key and it crashed. I will attach logs.

This is definitely a bug in VirtualBox but activating AMD-V in you bios might work to fix the issue as well. The log says that AMD-V is currently disabled.
