"About" window is minimized together with the "Main" window and has no "close" button

I have encountered a problem with the "About" window. Whan I press the "Help"->"About" button in the "Main" window then the program shows the "About" window with only one button: "Minimize". Then I press "Minimize" button the program minimized both "About" and "Main" windows. So I should kill the VirtualBox and reopen to return to the "Main" window. This bug was in previous versions of VirtualBox too.
My Environment is: OpenSUSE-11.2 (Linux), x86

Well, it is strange that there is a minimize button but not a close button (this works on other Linux distributions). But once you opened the about box it is not necessary to kill the GUI but just click onto the about window, that is, not click any button but the window itself.
