My Fedora 13 guest reports random, typically very low CPU speeds (and sometimes hangs because of that), independent of how many cores it is assigned and whether or not CPU hotplugging is enabled (see the attached dmesg.log).

I tested the same host with KVM guests, and the CPU speed was always detected/reported correctly.
