Captured mouse pointer is not released with Right-Control keypress on Windows when Canadian Multilingual Standard keyboard layout is active
Reproduction steps:
- Use Windows control panel Regional Settings applet to add 'Canadian Multilingual Standard' keyboard layout and make it the default
- Start VirtualBox
- Start a VirtualBox guest OS which doesn't have Guess Additions installed
- Click in the guest window, observe mouse is captured
- Press Right-Control, observe that mouse is not released and remains captured.
