It would be nice to catch VMware on this feature called ""teams""; That is: being able to start and stop several VMs at once. 

Please just provide functionality for selecting several VM (holding shift or ctrl key, like in Windows ""My Computer"") and start/stopping them together.

VirtualBox implementation could be made easy, and user-friendly, without their GUI overhead and complexity. They did this feature at the expense of normal user ease-of-use.

So VMs could be named like: ""Team1-VM1"" ""Team1-VM2"" ""Team2-VM1"" ""Team2-VM2"", and started together.
