Gnome Panels cannot be clicked while using Seamless mode since virtualbox 3.2.x

Description
When using Seamless mode in virtualbox later than 3.2.x, when the virtual machine got focus, you cannot open the gnome menus or activate other gnome panel applets with a simple click. The only way to use them is to activate another window in the Host OS, and then do such things.
