Host: System Version: Mac OS X 10.6.4 (10F569) 64-bit Kernel and Extensions: No
Guest: Base mem: 566 Vid mem: 24mb VT-x: Enabled Nested Paging: Enabled Network Adapter: PCnet-FAST III (NAT) USB: 0 Serial: Disabled
VirtualBox 3.2.6 r63112
I shared my home folder to a Windows XP guest. CPU on mac host at 63% with windows guest idle, even with VBox window minimized. After unsharing folder, cpu use back to ~ 8%
