Windows XP won't start on Mac OS X Snow Leopard

Description
After upgrading to VirtualBox 3.2.4 on Mac OS X Snow Leopard, my Windows XP guest won't start, just hangs forever with the message "Spawning session 1 of 2". It was ok on the pre-Oracle builds.

The log you attached is from a 3.2.2 build and it seems that your VM started fine there. Still not able to start the VM with VBox 3.2.6?
