GUI/MaxGuestResolution doesn't have any effect — at Initial Version

Description

Despite setting GUI/MaxGuestResolution to 1024,768, the guest OS is still able to switch to 1280x1024

There are no guest additions installed

guest: OpenSolaris b134 host: MandrivaLinux 2010

log file. the penultimate line is gdm switching to 1280x1024. After login, gnome switches to 1024x768
