Network Adapter dialog allows to select Bridged Adapter, that is not installed, but actually doesn't set this setting

I have VirtualBox already installed. But it was installed without VirtualBox Networking. I tried to change network settings of the virtual machine by clicking on the icon in the bottom of the window. The next dialog offed me to select Bridged Adapter (though it is not installed). Then I press Enter and it allows me to select this adapter. But when I press the icon once again, adapter is not attached.
