Crash on OS X with KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE

Description
Virtualbox is crashing periodically. Twice at guest boot, once while working with the guest, and once while the system (guest and host) was idle in the middle of the night. Same problem all four times. Attached are a couple of representative crash reports.
Host: OS X 10.6.3 Guest: Ubuntu 10.4
