Starting VS2010 crashes win xp x64 vm — at Initial Version

Description
On starting Visual Studio 2010 the guest window starts to resize about 20-30 times from smaller window to greater window and again smaller and so on. After 20-30 times the vm crahes.
My host: Debian Lenny x64 My guest Windows XP x64
