Irritating audio warning message when starting Windows vm on Suse host

Every time I start one of my Windows XP guests, the following warning message pops up:

After hitting the OK button, I can work with the guest system without any problems, the audio works fine.
Additional information:
- Host system: Suse 10.0 (32-bit)
- VirtualBox version: 1.5.0 (closed source)
- Guest system: WinXP prof. (guest additions installed)

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.

You will note that recording and the microphone will not work for your VM. There is some problem with multiple input ALSA streams on your host environment.
