Booting from this CD was fail instead of VMware Player

Description
There is some problems with booting this CD. I assume it's SCO OpenServer (but i'm not sure) Final fault is: VFS: Cannot open root device "ram0" or 01:00
In VMWare all things are working fine. I use typical VM settings in both VM solutions.
