VBoxService.exe does not terminate in os/2 guest

Description
When shutting down an os/2 guest, the Guest Addition VBoxService.exe does not terminate when it receives a Close signal. This prevents os/2 from continuing its shutdown procedure since it is waiting for VBoxService.exe to end. Deadlock.
