XP sp3 restart hang

Description
When i manual select restart computer it will hang on "Windows is shutting down.." screen...few times dy this issue cause me.

Log with AC97 driver installed

This problem was fixed several versions ago but seems to have made its way back into this build. Selecting SB16 instead of AC97 seems to help but disabling the sound is the only thing that allows the reboot or shutdown to complete properly. I have also noticed that if I select acpi shutdown in the VBox Machine tab it will shutdown properly while using AC97. Same symptoms as before. So far I only see this in Windows XP. Server 2003 and 2008 have not shown this problem (for me).
