I forgot some information. The guest is a Windows XP (32-Bit) system with Service Pack 3 and all available non-optional Updates.

Any crash dump for this application available?

comment:3 by semiramis, 14 years ago

Hello frank,

i find no related entries (not even any warning/error) in the Windows Event Logs, not on the host nor on the guest. I cannot find any dumps in the Virtualbox-Logs directory, too. I don't even get an errormessage from the guest, just the guest window closes immediately and reopens with a reboot of the guestsystem. Any idea how to debug this further?

Thanks so far

Hello,

i have tested the same procedure with Virtualbox 3.1.6 and the corresponding Guest Additions. No change in the problem so far, it still persists.

Thanks

Hello,

i have reproduced the problem with Virtualbox 3.2.4 and the corresponding Guest Additions. No change in the problem so far, it still persists.

Thanks

Tried to reproduce but without success. I could install the application from the link you provided. Of course I don't have an AT&T account to test further.

Hello Frank,

which hostsystem have you used and which network-mode was the guestsystem (bridged, NAT, host)? Maybe we can isolate the problem.

Thanks.
