Fade in on fullscreen even when window has lost focus.

Description
Click start on a box that is configured for full-screen, a window opens and a progress bar shows the loading progress. Click on another window (firefox for example) while the box is still loading. When it's done loading a while later, a fading effect occurs, even though there was no focus on the loading box.
