Kernel extensions not available after reboot

Description

While trying to boot any of my virtual machines (host OS X 10.6.2) I get this message: "kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)". When I open virtual machine's (any of them) "configuration" I get the following message: "Could not load the Host USB Proxy service (VERR_GENERAL FAILURE)". I have seen that host-only network interface is not shown (also doesn't appear with "ifconfig" command), so maybe it's is related to the problem (some virtual machines use bridged networking and shouldn't be affected to a non-existent vboxnet interface). When I reinstall VirtualBox (3.1.4) everything works as expected, until the next boot.
