Virtualbox Mac OS X commands work with both command keys, not just host key — at Initial Version

Description
I have the left command key set as the host key, however right-command-h still hides the VM and right-command-q still brings up the shutdown dialogue box.
The right command key would be useful as a modifier for window managers inside the VM.
