Description
Make it possible to attach a CD-ROM drive to a SATA controller.

Support for SATA DVD drives is implemented in trunk and will be available in the next major release. There is an open ticket (#7508) which was opened later but is marked as "fixed in SVN" already. So I will close this one as a duplicate.
