6240,ISO Images creates I/O state inconsistent error,csusbtech,,"I have only experienced this issue while trying to install on a guest machine, but when you use an ISO image Virtualbox will randomly crash. I was trying to install a Debian guest on to my Mac 10.5 host and I could never get past disk partitioning. I know nothing about Virtualbox's I/O systems but perhaps this is happening because Virtualbox must access the hard drive for both reading as a CD and writing as a hard drive (if that makes sense), it seems like the I/O cannot negotiate releasing the hard drive from reading to allow write (because it is in use in two different ways?)",defect,closed,virtual disk,VirtualBox 3.1.4,fixed,,,Linux,Mac OS X
