Strange, the screen shot I attached shows up blank even though the screen had text on it when the Guru Meditation window popped up. No point in attaching the UnixWare screen shot, that png shows a blank screen too.

I'm getting Guru Meditation also on OpenSUSE 11.2 host running VBox 3.1.2. I'm not sure if this is the same guru of my first report, that's why i'm posting it here.

Here is an appliance with fresh install of 5.0.7, without any Maintenance Pack applied.

Forgot, the password should be "toor" if memory doesn't fail me.

I have managed to Install and Configure a SCO 5.07 install under VirtualBox 3.2.10 with reboot and power off working.

To fix the reboot, you need to make a kernel mod referenced in http://wdb1.sco.com/kb/showta?taid=127211&qid=1127151267&sid=1702830612&pgnum=1 and then recompile the kernel

To fix the power off, you need to do the mkdev pm and install Power management, then make the changes referenced in http://cyruspy.wordpress.com/2009/10/08/running-sco-openserver-5-0-7-in-virtualbox/

This should fix all reboot problems
