Initiallly I installed an Ubuntu 9.04 guest (32-bit) which ran fine until I did all the system updates on the guest. After the reboot of the guest the host crashed with a BAD_POOL_HEADER. I uninstalled Ubuntu 9.04. Then I installed an XP32 SP3 guest which is working great. Finally, I tried an install of Ubuntu 9.10 (32-bit). It seemed to install fine, but upon reboot of the guest, the guest hangs as soon as the Ubuntu desktop is displayed. I left it for about 10 minutes, and then tried a ""Powerdown"" from the VirtualBox menu and the host crashes with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD. I've attached a minidump and vbox.log here. I'm not having any issues with my host machine outside of VirtualBox, and it only seems to be with an Ubuntu guest. I'm going to try and install an Open Solaris guest and see what happens.",defect, closed, other,VirtualBox 3.1.2,fixed,SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION,,Linux,Windows
