Lag / poor app response when VirtualBox is install on Win7 64bit — at Initial Version

Description
A full 1 second delay on opening programs from the desktop of host machine when VirtualBox is installed, whether it's in use or not, even after fresh reboot. Problem disappeared instantly after uninstall. It was enough of an annoyance and productivity loss to stop using it (although I extremely enjoyed the ease-of-use).
